Will I get a printed book?
No. All our products are digital PDF files. You download them and print at home or at a print shop as many times as you need for your own child or classroom.
How do I get my PDF after paying?
Download buttons appear on the screen right after payment. We also email the links, and they stay in My Library.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You can buy as a guest. Your download links are emailed to you. You can create an account any time to keep all purchases in one place.
Money was deducted but I cannot see my download.
Do not pay again. Sometimes the bank takes a few minutes to confirm. Open My Library or the payment status page after a few minutes. If it still does not appear, contact us with your order number.
Which payment methods can I use?
Payments are processed securely by Easebuzz. The methods shown on the Easebuzz payment page (for example UPI, cards or net banking) are the ones available.
The PDF is not opening.
Please use a PDF reader such as Google Drive, Adobe Acrobat Reader or your phone’s Files app. If the file is damaged, contact us and we will help.
Can I share the PDF?
Please use it for your own children or your own classroom. Sharing or reselling the files is not allowed.
