Where is my PDF after I pay?
Download buttons appear on the "Payment Successful" screen. The same links are emailed to you. They also stay in My Library (top of every page).
I paid but there is no download button.
Please do not pay again. Sometimes the bank needs a few minutes. The payment status page refreshes by itself. If nothing changes after 15 minutes, message us with your order number.
I bought without an account. How do I download again?
Open My Library and use "Get my download links" with the email you used while paying. We will email all your links again.
Where does the file go on my phone?
On Android, open the Files app → Downloads. On iPhone, tap the share icon and choose "Save to Files", or open it in Books.
The PDF does not open.
Install a free PDF reader (Google Drive or Adobe Acrobat Reader) and open the file from there. If it still fails, download it again from My Library or contact us.
My download link has expired.
Contact us with your order number and we will restore your access.
